Two words… Your Success.
NorCal VBOC’s mission is to support veterans, transitioning service members – and their spouses with end-to-end support for long-term success.
With the help of partners like the U.S. Small Business Administration, we’re achieving our mission by engaging veteran entrepreneurs and providing mentorship, business training, and strategic resources to bolster growth and successfully navigate the winding road of entrepreneurship.
Noah Harris, Director of NorCal VBOC is a U.S. Army veteran who brings 18 years of operations, training management, leadership, and consulting experience in a range of industries including U.S. Department of Defense, business development, risk management/loss prevention, logistics, education, and non-profits.
Noah and his team at NorCal VBOC are dedicated to helping entrepreneurs like you turn your ideas into reality. With a wide range of experience, our team has the insights, resources, and network to connect business owners at any stage with the help they need to start, manage, and scale their business.
Ally Bradley is an Intake Specialist at the Northern California Veterans Business Outreach Center and loves helping people find financing, connect with advisors, and improve their small businesses. She has spent the majority of her career in the trade industry, gaining experience in areas such as customer service, dispatch, and accounting. Her uncle, an Air Force Veteran, introduced her to the military community and has been a strong support system throughout her life and career.
Following a 1999 law to promote veteran participation in the entrepreneurship and small business field, the Small Business Association created and established a number of VBOCs. We help strengthen our client’s business by providing education and resources, with the understanding that military service has set-up veterans to be fine entrepreneurs.
