About the NorCal VBOC Representative

Tron Shephard
Tron Shephard

Tron is a highly esteemed member of the NorCal VBOC team, serving as a dedicated business consultant and trainer. He is a distinguished Army Veteran with over 15 years of service, graduating as the Honor Graduate of the US Army Infantry Basic Training and the Distinguish Graduate of the US Army Quartermaster School. His meritorious service during Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) awarded Tron the Bronze Star Medal (BSM), the fourth highest combat award of the United States Armed Forces, and he also won the “Soldier of the Year” Competition.

He is deeply committed to supporting his fellow veterans in their entrepreneurial pursuits, driven by a desire to give back to his community. With his 12 years of experience leading a business management consultant firm and real estate brokerage in Florida and California, he has a unique understanding of the challenges and distinctive skill sets that Veterans bring to the business world.

Tron is deeply involved in various programs providing mentorship, resources, and guidance to Veterans starting their own business. He was part of the inaugural “Boots to Business’ program at the White House in Washington, DC. He is a graduate of Boots to Business program and an administrator for the B2B LinkedIn page. Additionally, Tron is part of the Inc. Military Entrepreneurs programs and a graduate of the Veteran Institute for Procurement (VIP). He understands the transformative power of entrepreneurship in transitioning to civilian life, and he strives to be a beacon of support to empower other Veterans to achieve their business dreams.

Fostering camaraderie and success within the Veteran community is deeply important to Tron, exemplifying the spirit of service that extends beyond the military landscape. Tron holds an A.A. in Real Estate from Consumnes River College and a B.A. in Business from Johns Hopkins University.
